We get it. There are apartment complexes going up left and right. OPUS 2430 exists because we wanted to provide an alternative to “big box” apartments without compromising on the amenities. These luxury style townhomes feel more like a house than an apartment, while still offering top of the line amenities that will blow you away. We also chose to limit the number of units so that it feels homey and welcoming. You can’t say that about every complex you see.
